About the Role

This isn’t your average desk job. As our Energy Innovation Lead, you’ll bring your technical know‑how and people skills together to help deliver projects that connect customers, communities, and new technologies.

You’ll :

• Work on projects that explore how distributed energy (like solar, batteries, and EVs) can fit into our network.
• Partner with local iwi, community groups, and customers to create real, lasting impact.
• Turn new ideas into practical solutions that make a difference.
• Keep things running smoothly – managing timelines, budgets, and communication between teams.
