About the role and who we are looking for : We have an exciting Permanent Full-time position as Retail Supervisor at Northshore Hospital, Auckland.The role will include : Coaching, training, development, and monitoring the wellbeing of staffCombining leadership strengths with expertise in hospitality and customer experienceOperating cash registerMaintaining a clean and tidy front and back of houseDeveloping and implementing staff rosterPreparing reports for managementMonitoring financial activities against budgetConducting accurate and timely monthly stock takeYou will have some experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environmentYou will have some experience in managing staff and running a rosterYou will need to have knowledge and experience in managing the cost of goods and / or food within the caféYou will need to be able to communicate effectively in the workplaceYou will need to be able to ensure that personal hygiene and presentation standards are maintainedCompetitive remuneration.Training & Development ProgramsDiscounts on Medical insurance, and banks, to hotels, insurance, and more!
