We are looking for an experienced organisational design practitioner to join our Organisational Design team for a 12-month fixed term.You will actively engage with the business to provide advice and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality organisational change initiatives across the Ministry.
From time to time, you will also be required to lead on organisation design processes.You Will Also Be Responsible Forpartnering with senior leaders to scope, design, plan and deliver high quality organisational change, aligned to the Ministry's organisational design framework.delivering the full range of organisational design activities including assessment, role design, impact assessments, helping to define / refine ways of working as well as supporting consultation, stakeholder engagement and decision making.leading some organisational design processes end to end as required.collaborating with and influencing other People Experience and change enablement functions to ensure the Ministry provides a seamless end-to-end change journey for our people.
O Pukenga / Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will need : experience working at a Senior Advisory level supporting leaders through organisational design and change within a large and complex organisation.strong planning and delivery focus with project management experience preferably within a public sector environment.demonstrated ability in the gathering, analysis and presentation of information relating to organisational design and other communication materials (including papers for governance audiences).
