You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider People, Sustainability & Place team to identify and assess organisational development needs.Initially, the focus is on supporting activities related to Public Service Commission work programmes, and you will partner with your manager and the Manager, Training Services, to ensure effective communication and coordination with the Public Service Commission and senior leadership within the Ministry.
The role requires proven skills in critical thinking to recommend and implement strategic initiatives that align with organisational priorities to deliver tangible results.Salary range : $100,296 - $121,490 per annum + 3% Kiwisaver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary based on their individual skills and experience.About you | Mohou akeWith a breadth and depth of experience which enables you to confidently confront any challenge, you will be able to work semi-autonomously and deliver effectively in a large organisation.You will offer : Senior Advisor-level experience in Organisational Development.Experience working in a complex public sector organisation or a similar setting.Ability to build relationships and partnerships with senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your field.Experience in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders, managing different perspectives to reach a successful outcome.The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.You will also have the following competencies : Well-developed presentation and writing skills.Strategic analysis and critical thinking skills.A proven track record of collaborative work to achieve shared outcomes.Tact and diplomacy and a high degree of discretion.A solid understanding of the machinery of government.About our group and team | Matau ropu akeOur Group, Te Pou Rangatopu | Corporate group, is responsible for delivering essential Ministry-wide statutory and corporate functions.
