About the Role

Goodman Fielder has New Zealand's fifth largest supply chain and we are looking for a Regional Distribution Manager to join our team to help us fulfil our customer promise by supporting the high-performance of our last-mile Distributor network.

In order to achieve this, your key responsibilities will include :

• Own the relationships with the Distributor primarily and other stakeholders for your geographic region to align on performance, compliance, and safety
• Enable the growth of sales through our Distributor network through availability of product and service standards
• Ensure Distributor compliance with internal, regulatory and customer quality and food safety requirements
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve standards and drive a balanced culture of performance and service

Note : Whilst this is an Auckland based role, there is monthly travel to Northland and Waikato expected.

About You

In order to make this role a success, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate an history of strong relationship management skillsets with a solid understanding of Supply Chain or Logistics management.
