As we prepare to welcome our community, we're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Security Team Member to be the friendly face at our front door.About the RoleAs a Security Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for our customers and team.

You'll be stationed at the entrance, greeting customers, monitoring foot traffic, and helping deter theft or suspicious activity.

You'll also assist with health & safety protocols and support the wider team when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers with a warm and professional mannerMonitor entry and exit points for security and safetyIdentify and report any suspicious behaviour or incidentsAssist with emergency procedures and store evacuations if requiredSupport loss prevention efforts and work closely with store leadershipMaintain a visible presence and uphold Mitre 10's valuesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in security, retail, or customer service is a plusStrong communication and observational skillsCalm under pressure and confident in handling difficult situationsReliable, punctual, and professionalA current Certificate of Approval (COA) is preferred but not essential – we can support the right candidate to obtain oneWhy Join Us?
