MEGA Kapiti Checkout Team Member at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited.

Local store seeking candidates to join our Award Winning Team and become part of the Biggest home improvement store on the Kapiti Coast.

We are currently seeking a Checkout Team Member to join us in a Part Time capacity of 48 hours over 6 days per fortnight, including weekend days.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers in a dynamic and rewarding position with a positive impact on the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient checkout service to customers

Operate point of sale (POS) systems and computers

Assist with merchandising and store presentation

Demonstrate attention to detail and professional behavior at all times

Availability to work weekend days

Qualifications

Customer-driven attitude

Experience with POS systems

Merchandising skills

Attention to detail

Positive and professional demeanor

NZ residency or valid NZ work permit
