Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Solicitor in the Corporate / Commercial team, you will be involved in high-quality work across various practice areas such as commercial contracting, company law, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, business restructuring, capital markets, public takeovers, private equity transactions, regulatory work and ICT. You will have the opportunity to work on large and interesting projects with a steady pipeline of varied work across a number of industries. Your role will offer plenty of variety and autonomy, allowing you to develop your own practice and, for the right candidate, progress to senior member of the firm in the future.

What You Bring :

• 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), relevant to the corporate / commercial team.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to provide mentorship and training.
