Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join the Haka House whānau as our Building Maintenance & Facilities Manager and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our hostels are safe, functional, and well maintained.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee building compliance, maintenance, and repairs across all Haka House properties
• Lead and support our Maintenance Support team
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (Health and Safety at Work Act 2015)
• Conduct quarterly audits across our national property portfolio – travel required
• Implement preventative maintenance plans and keep our buildings guest-ready
