NEW OPPORTUNITY

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager, to join our Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Your role will be responsible for the planning, leadership, operations, and management of the property’s facilities, and for delivering agreed business objectives for ultimate property performance.

ABOUT YOU

You are a natural leader with a proactive approach and demonstrated technical knowledge of property assets. You are committed to maintaining properties to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company.

The key to your success will be your proven facilities management experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate all OH&S issues, compliance and systems, including emergency management planning and contractor management.

Ideally you will have experience in one of the property sectors. It’s important that you’re a strong communicator, and shall actively champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for all students.
