A leading aged care provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Home & Village Manager for a large care home and hospital with an adjoining retirement village in beautiful Rotorua. About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the overall operation and management of the care home and village. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, maintain compliance with health and disability standards, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical and operational excellence, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a warm, safe, and thriving environment for residents.
