About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Team Leader / Charge Nurse Manager to lead our Perinatal Mental Health Team.
This is an exciting time to join us as our service expands to include additional clinicians, new peer support roles, and a kaitakawaenga position.
As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through this period of growth and transition fostering collaborative working relationships, integrating new perspectives, and ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive care.
Your leadership will nurture a culture of mutual respect, psychological safety, and excellence in practice.
You will value and champion both cultural and clinical contributions, ensuring the team feels supported and empowered.

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waikato Perinatal Mental Health provides a comprehensive specialist multi-disciplinary mental health service to pregnant and post-partum women who experience moderate to severe mental health-related issues during this period.
