Job descriptionDeliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and management reporting Develop and maintain insightful dashboard reporting to support strategic decision‑making Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations Review and support the monthly payroll process Collaborate in a high‑trust, open environment that values growth and innovation CA or CPA qualified, with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience (ideally in professional services) Experience with payroll essential Strong communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and collaborative Intermediate Excel skills and comfortable with financial systems Organised, self‑driven, and able to manage competing priorities Experience with Power BI and financial modelling is desirable A sense of humour and a team‑first attitude Flexible working arrangements and a high‑trust environment Recharge with certain Fridays off when your fortnight’s goals are met $1,040 annual fitness & wellness allowance Option to purchase up to 2 weeks of extra leave Active (funded) social club, team sports, and volunteering opportunities Professional development support, parental leave top‑ups, and return‑to‑work coaching Cultural swap days and your choice of tech (iPhone or Samsung) + laptop
