While we work in different groups and on different things, we all strive every day to make the biggest difference we can for our students in our education system.About this role | Mo tenei turangaThis is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position.The role is responsible for providing day to day financial, operational and administrative support to deliver to a consistently high standard the key financial activities within the Finance Hub - Capital Investments team.Tasks will be varied, but include processing orders, invoices, credit notes, journals, budget reconciliations, managing a shared mailbox, and other associated finance tasks that support the busy Property Delivery Programmes.The successful applicant will be action-orientated and customer-focused with excellent time management and communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team is vital.Salary range : $60,879 - $72,999 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.

By ensuring strong financial oversight and alignment with strategic objectives, the Capital Investments Team helps drive successful outcomes and deliver value across the school property portfolio.The Finance Hub team provides critical 'back office' support that enables the 'front office' to focus on the delivery of significant infrastructure programmes.
