As our Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding commercial decisions that impact thousands of Kiwi farmers and growers.
What you\'ll be doing
You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating financial data into strategic decisions that shape our business direction.
You'll also :
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across key portfolios
Present clear, actionable analysis to senior leaders, enabling quick, informed decisions
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Support decision-making that drives profitability and long-term sustainability and delivers on our exciting change agenda
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
TeamStructure and Support
You'll be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting directly to Owen Gibson and working closely with Retail, Operations, and Support Services.
The team is known for its collaborative culture and strong business partnering across Farmlands.

What You\'ll Bring
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
Strong analytical skills with a knack for storytelling through numbers
Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior leaders
CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferred
You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and love collaborating to solve problems
Experience with tools like Power BI and D365 will help you hit the ground running
