With market-leading brands in our portfolio including Strandfloor, Formica, Seratone, Melteca, Lakepine MDF, and Caesarstone, Laminex NZ offers residential and commercial solutions for all interior spaces, from benchtops and cabinetry, through to structural flooring, wall lining, and commercial joinery.ResponsibilitiesOwn all financial aspects and compliance of the Taupo and Hamilton plants, including lead for financial performance, CAPEX, new product development costing, and business initiatives and growth modelling.Oversee three direct reports and lead the formation of new financial processes for the Taupo manufacturing facility, with a focus on automation and growth.Provide the business with analysis, insights, and transparent reporting to enable performance measurement, monitoring, and informed decision-making.Coordinate, consolidate, and finalise information from Manufacturing components; manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting packs.Lead process improvements to deliver improved financial information and support business growth, including management of BI information (COGNOS / TM1 / Qlikview / PowerBI).
