The NZSL Services Manager provides both strategic and operational leadership of NZSL services nationwide. This includes leading a diverse, bilingual and bicultural team to deliver high‑quality NZSL environments and resources that support D / HH learners, their whānau and partner schools. This role reports to the Head of Regional Outreach Services and can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau or Ōtautahi.
You will oversee national NZSL programmes and initiatives, manage the budget and systems, and ensure continuous improvement through data‑informed decision making. Collaboration with Outreach leadership, Deaf communities and education partners will be central to your success.

You are an experienced educational leader with a passion for NZSL, Deaf culture and bilingual‑bicultural education. You thrive on building strong teams and systems, leading through collaboration and ensuring positive outcomes for learners and their whānau.
