• Provide expert nursing care to Renal patients with a focus on Peritoneal Dialysis

• About the Role
• You will be working within a large Renal Service and be responsible for training patients onto Peritoneal Dialysis for Te Manawa Taki .

You will also case manage patients on dialysis in the community to ensure their health needs are met.

This includes all aspects of renal care including Hospital based dialysis, Home therapies for both Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Kidney Disease and Renal Transplantation.
