As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have strong communication skills and keenly understand the range of complex social & medical needs that a client requires in order to live a healthy, independent life.You will be able to : Apply advanced knowledge, skills, clinical reasoning and utilises evidence based practice when providing specialist intervention or caseload.Provide specialist consultation and clinical teaching based on contemporary best practice.Provide clinical leadership to the NASC team through clinical research, audit and evaluation of service and client outcomes.Support the development of the wider Community Health Services by providing specialist advice and input into policy, planning and resources.Evaluate and implement service improvements for the NASC team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team alongside a Nurse Specialist, experienced service coordinators and the wider MDT within a community approach to care.
