The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Engineer to join our Research & Technology (TRT-SG) team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of advancing cutting-edge quantum RF sensing technologies, working on tasks such as simulations on thermal and EMI / EMC of cryocooling systems and experimental characterization of quantum superconducting electronic chips.

Responsibilities :

• Perform thermal simulations of cryocooling systems to analyze heat transfer and system performance.
• Conduct EMI / EMC simulations to assess electromagnetic compatibility of cryogenic hardware.
• Analyze simulation and experimental data to support hardware design improvements.
• Hands-on design, build and test of hardware prototypes to validate their performance and functionality.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to advance R&D goals.
• Collaborate with academic institutions, industrial partners, and government agencies to transition research into practical applications.
• Plan and manage R&D projects, including defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Contribute to TRT-SG research work products and knowledge sharing through potential patents, external and Group internal conferences and presentations, publications etc.
