Client Services Manager

Do you thrive on delivering outstanding client service while guiding a team to operational excellence? We’re seeking a Client Services professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and consistency of service across our dedicated Client Teams.

As a central link between clients, Partners, and internal service teams , you’ll be accountable for end-to-end client service outcomes—enhancing responsiveness, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving team performance, and making a real impact on the client journey.

Please note : Internally we call this position Client Associate.

What you’ll do :

• Be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and improving responsiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a Client Service team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Play a pivotal role as a liaison between Partners and Client Teams.
• Ensure compliance and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
• Champion client onboarding, streamline workflow management, and ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience.
