Commercial Finance Analyst

The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Auckland-based Finance team.

You'll focus on the Dairy portfolio and play a key role in supporting Goodman Fielder with accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic financial advice to drive profitable growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and gain exposure to the broader value chain in one of NZ's leading FMCG businesses.

What You'll Do

• Deliver P&L modelling, month-end reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide insightful commentary and commercial support to the Dairy business units
• Partner with Commercial Managers to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
• Support performance reviews and scenario modelling for strategic decision-making
• Ensure financial inputs and forecasts are robust, accurate, and aligned with business goals

You're a curious and detail-driven finance professional with a passion for turning numbers into meaningful insights.

You understand the pace and complexity of FMCG, and you're confident partnering with commercial teams to influence outcomes.
