We're looking for a Finance Analyst to support in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights on a 12-month fixed term contract.

We're looking for a Finance Analyst to support our APAC General Manager Finance in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role based in Auckland or Christchurch, where you'll play a key role in enhancing financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Key Responsibilities include;

Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across regions, service lines, and projects.

Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA.

Contribute to growth strategies by evaluating outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships across the business—including leadership and the Board.

Map and refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Business.

3-5 years' experience in a professional services or consultancy environment (Big 4 preferred).

Advanced financial modelling skills across budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and margin analysis.

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (data science knowledge is a plus).

Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into business decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting recommendations.
