We provide expert property advice and solutions that support the council’s delivery of services and activities across the city – for all property assets from roading and infrastructure to libraries, parks, and community facilities.

As a Property Consultant, You’ll Manage a Diverse Range Of Projects Delivering Property Solutions That Make a Real Impact. As An Internal Shared Service Consultant Your Work Across The Organisation Will Include

• Negotiating property transactions and agreements.
• Buying, selling, and managing property assets.
• Advising on future use and disposal of surplus property.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
• Supporting Council projects with property solutions and expertise.
