What will you do? Wilderness is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at our Christchurch Airport location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of premium European motorhomes. We take a consultative approach to selling. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in delivering on Wilderness' Core Purpose ‘To slow down and disconnect from the busy-ness of life and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and with nature. We call it - disconnect to reconnect’.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques.

Proactively engage in our extensive database to find new owners.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to match customers with the right solutions.

Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and make relevant recommendations.

What we need from you :

Proven track record (2 years minimum) of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or with premium products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.

Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our range of motorhomes.

Passionate about quality and able to share your enthusiasm with customers.

Current full driver’s license, ability to drive a motorhome, and eagerness to take a motorhome holiday.

A passion for NZ travel and experience in exploring our country.
