Job Description

Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department

Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain an exceptional service-oriented front of house team

Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory levels

Contribute to the hotel's financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost management and innovative promotions & events experience

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience

Experience working in a large scale hotel operation

Exemplary communication and organisational skills

Demonstrate the ability to create unique F&B experiences

Manager's Certificate required

Flexibility on a 7 day roster
