Demand & Supply Planning Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence? We’re seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead and optimise our client's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across their product range.
This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG environment, where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive forecasting accuracy, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the monthly S&OP process, driving alignment across departments.
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand plan using advanced planning tools and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely product availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and statistical modelling to enhance forecasting and supply chain optimisation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across planning processes.
- Manage visibility item planning, ordering, and distribution in alignment with business goals.
- Analyse KPIs to identify risks, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in supply chain or demand planning, ideally within FMCG.Proven success leading S&OP initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in systems and advanced Excel.Experience with forecasting technologies and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A mindset for innovation, continuous improvement, and change leadership.What We Offer
