We're seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead and optimise our client's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across their product range.This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG environment, where you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive forecasting accuracy, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be DoingLead the monthly S&OP process, driving alignment across departments.Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand plan using advanced planning tools and analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely product availability and optimal inventory levels.Leverage AI, machine learning, and statistical modelling to enhance forecasting and supply chain optimisation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across planning processes.Manage visibility item planning, ordering, and distribution in alignment with business goals.Analyse KPIs to identify risks, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making.RequirementsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in supply chain or demand planning, ideally within FMCG.Proven success leading S&OP initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in systems and advanced Excel.Experience with forecasting technologies and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A mindset for innovation, continuous improvement, and change leadership.What We OfferWhy Join Us?
