As a seasoned professional, you'll bring experience working in large-scale, performance-driven environments.
You'll also bring : A relevant tertiary qualification and / or significant experience in operations, logistics, communications, or customer service3–5 years' experience in a people leadership role within operations, logistics, or service deliveryProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a complex environmentStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in incident management systems (CIMS) desirableHigh level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) and a commitment to safety and continuous improvementProven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally within transport industry.Ability to manage performance and drive accountability.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.At Auckland Transport, people are at the heart of everything we do.
