Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in large-scale projects, with a strong eye for detail and be a proactive team player.

We are driven by our core values, and we aim to produce work that not only makes our clients proud but also meets our exceptionally high standards.ResponsibilitiesManage project documentation, prepare financial reports (progress claims, final accounts, labour analysis), and oversee procurement, cash flow, and project changes.Establish procurement plans, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage subcontractor payments, and track contract instructions and charges.Develop and manage project budgets, ensure compliance with contract requirements, monitor financial performance, and approve project expenditure invoices.Provide supervision and guidance to intermediate and junior quantity surveyors while upholding Leighs' leadership values and competency framework.Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum 10+ years relevant industry experience in quantity surveyingRecognised and relevant professional QS qualificationSkill in collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals and maintain a positive team environment.Expertise in predicting future expenses and income using financial tools for informed decision-making.Knowledge of applying business principles, including market analysis, financial understanding, and risk management, to drive organisational success.What We OfferCompetitive salaryThe opportunity to make a real difference across the organisationBe part of a passionate and dedicated team within a stable businessEmphasis on work / life balance and personal development.What now?
