Join the Register Central Team for the National Cervical Screening Programme at Whakarongorau Aotearoa.
As guardians of the Register, we manage the database for eligible New Zealanders undergoing cervical screening.
This is an exciting time to be part of the team, as we introduced HPV testing in late July and implemented a new register.
With comprehensive training, you'll contribute to the effort of eradicating cervical cancer throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
Your role involves assisting various healthcare professionals in accessing accurate screening data, providing customer service to screening and treatment providers, labs, and participants.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring under-screened individuals, particularly Maori and Pacific populations, have access to screening as the new program develops.

As a Service Coordinator for the National Cervical Screening Programme, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that crucial participant screening information is accessible to a diverse range of health professionals.

This is a full-time position based in Wellington CBD with options for a flexible working environment once full training has been completed.
Solving Challenges : Use your analytical skills to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth operation throughout the screening pathway
Administrative Excellence : Employ data management tools to uphold high-quality administrative processes, maintaining the integrity of our operations
Exceptional Service : Provide outstanding customer service to Screening Providers, Laboratories, Colposcopy service providers, Regional Register teams, and Programme Participants
Information Accuracy : Play a key role in entering accurate participant information into the NCSP Register, contributing to the integrity of our data

A strong understanding of Te Ao Maori and Pasifika customs and cultural practices is advantageous
