Taituara, a values-driven organisation that supports excellence in local government, is seeking an exceptional leader to champion the PacificTA Programme.

With many high-impact projects completed over the past 13 years, this MFAT-funded initiative helps build capability in local authorities across the Pacific.We're looking for someone with experience in local government who has a passion for supporting our Pacific neighbours.

You'll bring your experience managing multiple projects in complex environments, along with an understanding of the region and extensive networks across Aotearoa New Zealand and, ideally, Pacific countries.

Your ability to travel frequently within New Zealand and internationally across the Pacific is critical to the success of this role, and your availability to do so is essential.In this role, you'll shape and lead a respected, influential programme that partners with Pacific Island countries to strengthen local government services.
