Working alongside another Team Lead and reporting into the Auckland Planning Manager, you will become a pivotal member of the team.

A key part of your role will be providing pastoral care, development support, and leadership to up to eight direct reports.

You will also operate as a Principal Consultant, with a focus on project delivery and client relationships.
