Reporting to the Rosewood Restaurant Management team your objectives will be to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Additionally, you will be responsible for : Stock control, inventory and orderingManaging a small team around the needs of the golfersRostering / Time sheet managementTraining / CoachingSeeking and presenting opportunities to increase revenueAbout you : Ideally you will have some interest in (if not, 'absolutely love') golf.

Previous food & beverage experience, the ability to make a great coffee and some wine knowledge will be highly desirable.You will also need : Previous senior level Food and Beverage experience ideally in a Clubhouse environmentA minimum of 3 years in a premium quality customer facing environment capacityRelevant hospitality management qualification (tertiary level)to be passionate about hospitality,to have amazing attention to detail,great organisational and administrative skills,the ability to liaise, co-ordinate and communicate,a strong work ethic and exude confidence,high standards,a very positive attitude (and an interest in golf will be an advantage)immaculate presentation,and a contagious smile!
