Warehouse Logistics Volunteer

The role is to help assist with the management of the warehouse section within the Forces Support charity shop within Newgate Shopping Centre, Bishop Auckland.

Ensuring the site is tidy, stock is kept safe, and accessible. Furniture moving skills are essential, as the primary source of income within the site is furniture. However, there is racking full of Bric & Brac, and rails of clothing within the area that also need managing. Regular donations are also coming over the door, so it is important to assist in designating specific places for items to maintain high health and safety standards on site.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, working alongside likeminded people for an amazing cause.
