We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain and help shape the future of our business. This is a newly created and pivotal leadership role where your impact will be felt across the entire network. You’ll optimise inventory, procurement, and category management to ensure customers have the right products at the right time. You’ll work closely with suppliers, branch managers, and the strategic brands team to deliver efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across the supply chain.

What you’ll do

• Drive performance : Lead inventory, procurement, and category strategies to maximise stock availability, supplier value, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead & inspire : Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build relationships : Partner with suppliers, branch managers, and key stakeholders to deliver commercial results.
• Optimise systems : Leverage data, analytics, and technology to streamline supply chain processes and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance : Oversee safe, ethical, and regulatory standards within the supply chain.
