Our supply chain is a key driver of this ambition, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance performance, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

With a mix of BAU each day, as well as exploring improvements, you will : Lead national supply chain improvement projects focused on customer experience, process optimisation, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with distribution and supply chain leaders to develop and execute a strategic improvement roadmap.Use data and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation.Manage freight and MHE / vehicle suppliers to ensure capability, performance, and value.Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all supply chain operations.What You'll BringA degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain optimisation.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Commercial acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain technologies with a thirst for improving systems.Why Join Us?
