Join a well-established and highly respected company in a pivotal leadership role as we roll out an exciting new product across New Zealand. We're seeking a motivated and people-focused National Installer Network Manager to build and manage a high-performing network of electricians delivering quality installations nationwide.

Full-time | Permanent | Auckland-Based

• Monday to Friday - 40 hours / week
• Full use of work vehicle, phone, laptop
• Family-friendly and flexible employer
• Role requires travel across NZ (especially in the first 3-6 months)

The Role :

This is role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as the central point of contact for our installer network. The role will be spilt into establishing and maintaining the team, relationship management and operations.

You'll be the driving force behind our installer network, recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting contractors across New Zealand, ensuring high-quality, efficient installations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your performance will be measured by your ability to grow and manage the network to meet national rollout targets.
