We're seeking a motivated and people-focused National Installer Network Manager to build and manage a high-performing network of electricians delivering quality installations nationwide.Full-time | Permanent | Auckland-BasedMonday to Friday - 40 hours / weekFull use of work vehicle, phone, laptopHealth insurance, staff discountsFamily-friendly and flexible employerRole requires travel across NZ (especially in the first 3-6 months)The Role : This is role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as the central point of contact for our installer network.
The role will be spilt into establishing and maintaining the team, relationship management and operations.
You'll be the driving force behind our installer network, recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting contractors across New Zealand, ensuring high-quality, efficient installations.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your performance will be measured by your ability to grow and manage the network to meet national rollout targets.Key Responsibilities : Recruit, onboard and engage installersIdentify and onboard qualified electricians and businesses nationwideDevelop and deliver onboarding and training content (online and in-person)Build and maintain strong, communicative relationships with installers, ensuring they are trained on the job management system and installation proceduresPerformance monitoringLiaise with the customer service team to allocate jobs efficientlyTrack job quality, completion rates and customer satisfactionProvide regular updates, resolve issues and keep contractors engagedTake swift action on underperformanceReporting and dashboardsMaintain clear tracking systems and provide weekly progress reportsSkills and Experience : EssentialProven experience in contractor recruitment, service delivery or network operationsSuccessful track record managing large-scale rollouts or installationsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and time-management capabilitiesConfident problem-solver with a practical, action-oriented mindsetIndustry experience (electrical, energy or telecommunications)DesirableFamiliarity with NZ's electrical industry & compliance standardsTech-savvy with experience using job management software or platformsReady to take the lead on something big?
