• Manager HRIS and Process Improvement
• RBNZ is looking for HRIS and process improvement expert to join the People & Culture Directorate.

If you understand HR Systems and pride yourself in efficiency and process improvement, we would like to hear from you.

You will understand the mechanism of HRIS functions and have a focus on process improvement, ensuring our HRIS and supporting processes enables our People Leaders, P&C team, and kaimahi.Given the small team, this is a hands-on role.

You will lead the continuous improvement agenda across the People Partnering function, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are planned and delivered.
