Responsibilities
As Programme Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of programme delivery, providing essential administrative, programme, and portfolio support to MSD's services for the future programme.
You'll enable best practice and help ensure our workstreams run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is all about supporting programme leaders and teams with guidance, coordination, and expertise.
You'll manage onboarding and offboarding, resources, meetings, documentation, and reporting, while helping to uphold quality standards and facilitate collaboration.
Your proactive approach will help drive continuous improvement, support robust planning and assurance, and contribute to the successful delivery of outcomes for MSD and the communities we serve.
Leading the coordination of programme meetings for management and governance including scheduling, organising agendas, collation of papers, recording and circulating minutes and follow up on actions.
Providing advice and guidance to programme leaders on MSD processes, policies and standards.
Providing expertise to project teams within programmes in the use of various project and programme planning and delivery tools.
Coordinating the delivery of quality documentation and adherence to process.
Providing administrative support to the programme and its projects or processes as necessary.
The Programme Coordinator supports the programme comprised of various workstreams.
They work autonomously and independently.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent operational experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting projects in the Information Technology services environment, with some experience in the public service arena or a large, complex organisation.
Familiar with IT enabled business change programmes.
Understanding of the strategic context of work programmes, contingent risks and liabilities.
Excellent communication, self-management and interpersonal skills.
