About the Role
We are looking for a person-directed, values-driven Local Service Coordinator for the Wellington South Community Mental Health Team within our Local Adult Specialist Mental Health and Addiction Service.
You will work closely with experienced clinicians to deliver safe, effective and integrated specialist mental health and addiction treatment in our local communities. Our service has a strong, dedicated and supportive team culture, and an established Learning and Development Centre to tautoko your career development. We also pride ourselves on having fun and celebrating ourselves and our professional milestones.

About the Team / Service Location
The South community mental health team is a friendly supportive team, with a recognition that enjoying our mahi enhances our service delivery. We have a range of clinical skills and personalities that mean you can find your place with us. Covering the Southern and Eastern suburbs of Wellington affords us a diverse caseload of clients with equally diverse needs. We strive to provide a service that fits the range of needs we encounter and puts the person at the centre of what we do.
Our vision is for an integrated mental health and addiction service, with a focus on local delivery across the district.
We follow consistent principles in design and Model of Care, whilst having the flexibility to deliver locally appropriate services that will meet the needs of our communities and work in partnership with our local providers. The service seeks to eliminate inequities experienced by Māori, Pacific peoples, disabled people and other groups.
