Support Worker Opportunities at Access Community Health

Access Community Health is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals in living independently in their homes and communities across various regions in New Zealand.

Job Details

Positions Available :

Support Worker - Wellington South
Support Worker - Home Management
Support Worker - Hawke's Bay Region
Support Worker - Serious Injury
Support Worker - Porirua Region

Employment Type : Full-time and Part-time roles available

Pay Rate : $23.50 – $29.10 per hour (depending on experience) with additional pay for weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities.

Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.

Encourage independence and promote wellbeing.

Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.

Participate in training and development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a relevant qualification or be willing to undertake training. A compassionate approach and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs are essential.
