The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) supports the Prime Minister and Cabinet to make well‑informed decisions and deliver results for New Zealanders. Within DPMC, the Delivery Unit plays a central role in assessing how effectively key Government priorities are being delivered, providing insights and advice that support better performance across the public sector.
About The Role
As a Senior Programme Analyst, you'll bring together evidence, analysis and judgement to help track and improve the delivery of Government priorities. You'll contribute to the reports and insights that go to the heart of decision‑making — informing Ministers, senior leaders, and agencies on what's working, what's not, and where focus is needed.

About You
You'll be an experienced analyst with strong policy awareness and the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex information. You will bring
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. public policy, economics, social science, or business) is preferred. These positions require the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret national security clearance.
