Property Manager / Building Manager Hybrid Role
We’re looking for a Property / Building Manager who’s organised, practical, and, above all, people-focused. You will join one other to form a duo responsible for 210 of Simplicity Living's homes across three Central Auckland locations, supporting residents with tenancy needs, building operations, and helping foster a strong sense of community.
You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, down-to-earth team, with flexibility to work from home. This is a role with variety and purpose – and the chance to help create a better way of renting for our residents.
This is a role for a ‘superstar’ who :
- Has experience in property or tenancy management
- Understands NZ tenancy law and how to apply it in practice
- Has excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Is professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Enjoys variety, takes ownership, and works things out as they go
- Brings a warm, respectful approach to every resident interaction
- Has an abundance of common sense!
If you’re ready to join a values-driven team doing good work, we’d love to hear from you.
