We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced residential property manager to manage the facilities and lettings of 74 apartments within the CBD.

Our exciting opportunity offers the chance to oversee 70 hotel apartments nestled within one centralised building, with the remaining few apartments only minutes away, you won't have the hassle of driving between multiple locations.
With all units conveniently housed under one roof, you'll be able to maintain property standards, and maximise your time.
Skills Required
Property management experience : A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience is a must.
A commitment to customer service and communication
Well-presented and punctual
Maintenance and facilities knowledge
The role will involve, but not be limited to :
Management of Properties within your portfolio
Liaise with contractors to ensure repairs or maintenance is completed
Portfolio scheduling of routine inspections and reporting
Communicating with both the landlord and tenants
Viewings and marketing of available properties to be rented
Managing leasing contracts and entry / outgoing inspections and reports
