Are you a highly organised and motivated individual looking to launch your career in real estate? Barfoot & Thompson New Lynn has an incredible opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team.

This is your chance to kickstart your career in a supportive environment and truly make the role your own. You\'ll play a key role in supporting our experienced Property Managers and learning the industry from the ground up, with the ultimate goal of growing into your own portfolio.

Your Role Will Include

  • Assisting the team with property inspections.
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Learning the ins and outs of property management, from tenant relations to maintenance coordination.
  • Supporting the Property Managers in their day-to-day duties.

    • Skills and Experience We\'re Looking For

  • Excellent typing, computing, and word-processing skills.
  • Previous experience in a real estate or property management environment is a definite plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • An organised and methodical approach to tasks.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
