Senior Support Analyst - Mulesoft

We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our team to help provide key support to a New Zealand based customer and propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centred design thinking and consultation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working collaboratively in a team delivering support services.
• Providing guidance to Junior / Mid-Level Support Analysts.
• Managing support deliverables, troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents and problems.
• Managing product patching, including planning, assessing, testing and troubleshooting related issues.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
• Performing API certificate renewals.
• Authoring and maintaining key support documents.
• Achieving appropriate technical certifications and applying capabilities to business problems.
• Upholding and maintaining DXC Practice technical delivery processes and actively contributing to them.
• Creating reusable assets for use in other engagements.
• Peer reviewing technical solutions and providing constructive feedback.
• Providing coaching opportunities and oversight to team members in accordance with DXC Practice Methodology and Standards.
• Maintaining transparent communication through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate client communications.
