About the Role
Counties Manukau District is a large tertiary teaching hospital.
The hospital has a wide Casemix with approximately 10,000+ discharges a month.
Were seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical Coder to join our supportive and fun team on a casual, on-call basis (MondayFriday).
You'll need to be flexible and available at short notice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience in a hospital with a wide case mix and complex coding environment.

The Clinical Coding service currently operates under the National Clinical Coding Framework Progression Criteria.
About You
Youre a team player with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
HIMAA Certificate or ACE qualificationCurrent ICD-10-AM 12th Edition coding experienceKnowledge of Casemix and diagnosis-related groupersExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCandidates who have passed the ACE Coding Course are also welcomed to apply!
