Great Potentials Foundation developed the Family Service Centre model in New Zealand and opened the first one; Papakura in 1992. We are a charitable trust for the promotion of education and parental support and have been in existence for over thirty years. We are in communities supporting them to unleash the potential of their children and young people at key transition points in their lives. Our purpose is helping children, young people and families towards brighter futures. We do this through life-changing programmes we develop, establish and manage including HIPPY, MATES and the two Family Service Centres (Takanini and Papakura). Both centres deliver integrated social services and early childhood education including the HIPPY programme.
The Role
The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 18 December 2026 to provide parental leave cover, presenting an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills and experience during this period.
The role of Business Development Manager is a critical member of our dynamic Senior Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and based at Penrose, the role has a full range of Business Development with a strong focus on income generation, funder relationships, marketing and communication. This is an exciting opportunity to build upon what has already been achieved.
This full-time position has one direct report and follows regular business hours.
